Registration Categories

International & Domestic Registration

To ensure correct fee payment and compliance with local regulations, delegates must select the appropriate registration category as defined below.

Domestic Registrants: Delegates who are currently residing in India, and who will be making payment through an Indian bank account in Indian Rupees (INR).

International Registrants: Any delegate who does not fall into the Domestic Registrant category. The registration fee payment will be in US Dollars (USD).

Important Visa-related Note for International Delegates

Visa requirements: We wish to bring to your attention that all foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa/eVisa from the Indian government. An e-Visa is the recommended mode of application if your country of origin falls in the list of eligible countries, and can be done completely online. Visa-related information is available at indianvisaonline.gov.in.

When: We recommend you do so at the earliest after you have all the required documents.

Conference Visa: In particular, we strongly advise international delegates who intend applying for a Conference Visa, to register at the earliest. Early registration is important because for this visa category, a prior approval needs to be obtained from the Indian government – the approval has to be attached to your conference visa application. The conference organizers will submit registrant details, taken from the registration form, on a periodic basis in bulk to the authorities and request approval. But we reiterate that early registration is highly recommended since there can be considerable processing delays in some cases.

Please note that it remains the sole responsibility of the attendee to apply for, complete, and secure the appropriate visa. Any approvals facilitated by the organizers do not guarantee the issuance of a visa; they are intended solely to support the Conference Visa application by enabling the required documentation.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Each accepted paper, including Full and short papers, must have at least one Full Registration (Non-Student) by either an IEEE Member or a Non-IEEE Member.
  2. Papers without a Full registration will not be included in the conference proceedings.
  3. Student Member Registration: Please note that participants registering under the Student Member category are required to submit valid proof of student status, such as a College/University ID Card or Bonafide Certificate, to the DSAA official email address (dsaa2026india@gmail.com). Your registration will be validated only after the required proof has been received and verified.
  4. IEEE Member ID is subject to verification; if it is incorrect or invalid, you will be required to pay the difference amount to be eligible for the selected registration category.

Cancellation Policy

  • In case of registration cancellation before September 10, 2026, a Full refund minus administrative processing charges (5%) will be given.
  • For any cancellations received between September 11, 2026 and September 20, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% will be levied in addition to the administrative processing charges.
  • No refund will be given for any cancellations made after September 21, 2026.
