Apex Summit ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to refund the amount subject to our policy and Govt rules and regulations
For conference and events, the contract has to be signed and all cancellation policy is mentioned

The booking amount or train and flight tickets is refunded as per trains and flight operator policy

The amount of registration fee ( DSAA 2026 registrants specailly) as per refund policy mentioned on their website

Changes to this Cancellation Policy
